Every Easter Monday Lang Lang comes alive with the sights and sounds of the rodeo. There are thousands of visitors to the town and the excitement is palpable. There are junior and ladies barrel races, steer riding, bucking broncs, the ever popular bull riding and much more. At the lunch break there is a dog high jump which is very popular with the crowds and there is also a "Beaut Ute Competition" with hundreds of utes competing for prizes in various categories such as "Best Feral Ute" "Best Holden/Ford Ute" and many more. There are food stalls and amusements so there is something to amuse every age group. With plenty to see and do, the day starts about 10:30am and the action continues until approx.4pm.
